01What is Sportscade?
Sportscade is a social sports arcade coming to Charlotte, North Carolina. Bring your crew and take on four interactive sports-inspired challenges. Each zone brings a different game, a new score to chase, and another chance to claim bragging rights, with a premium lounge, Fuel Bar, and spectator atmosphere along the way.
02How does the Championship Circuit work?
The Sportscade 4 Championship Circuit is a scheduled private-team experience: four 20-minute quarters across Shoot, Rally, Speed, and Hit, plus an approximately 10-minute Halftime. Each quarter brings a different challenge and a new score to chase. We will explain every game before your crew begins.
03Do I need to be athletic?
No athletic experience is required. The games are designed to be easy to understand, fun across skill levels, and competitive at your crew's own pace.
04How many people can play?
Championship Circuit teams may include 2 to 6 players. Standard and peak team reservations include up to four players, with players five and six available as add-ons.
05Are the games private?
Yes. The Championship Circuit is designed as a scheduled private-team experience, not a free-for-all open-play or onsite waitlist format.
06How long does it take?
Plan for approximately 90 minutes for the Championship Circuit, including four 20-minute quarters and an approximately 10-minute Halftime.
07What are the four launch zones?
The planned launch lineup is Shoot Zone, Rally Zone powered by MultiBall, Speed Zone powered by PlayFloor, and Hit Zone powered by HitTrax. Final games and vendor capabilities remain subject to development and testing before opening.
08What is Pick 2?
Pick 2 is an approximately 40-minute option featuring two full zones or challenges. It is planned for select times only and will not replace premium Championship Circuit reservation times.
09Can I replay a game?
Want another shot? Same-day 20-minute zone replays may be available for $10 per player, subject to immediate availability. Replays will not be available for advance reservation or displace full-price team bookings.
10Can spectators come?
Non-playing guests may be accommodated through a planned complimentary Cheer Pass concept, subject to capacity. Final spectator and Sidelines viewing policies will be announced before opening.
11Do you host birthdays and group parties?
Yes. Sportscade is being designed for birthdays, friend groups, families, youth teams, celebrations, and private group outings. Get on the waitlist or contact us to start planning.
12Do you host corporate events?
Yes. Corporate team challenges, team-building outings, and facility buyouts are part of the planned event offering. Contact us for pre-opening event information.
13Will there be food and drinks?
Yes. The planned Fuel Bar is an elevated concession experience with quick food, drinks, snacks, and easy pickup. It is designed to support the social experience, not operate as a full restaurant.
14Where will Sportscade be located?
Sportscade is in site search and development for the Charlotte, North Carolina market. No street address has been announced. Get on the waitlist for location updates.
15When does Sportscade open?
Sportscade is currently pre-opening, with site search and development underway. An opening date has not been announced.
16How does scoring work?
Each zone has its own game results and scores to chase. Compete with your crew, celebrate zone winners and standout scores, and check the Champions Board for daily high scores, zone records, and featured crews.
